People regularly ask me my opinion of various machines. Below you will find my comments as well as letters from customers throughout the years who have also had experience with various other brands before finding the ones I prefer and recommend. Though I was a dealer for years, I am one no longer. The opinions I express below is the one I formed before becoming a dealer, when I was comparison shopping for machines for my own family. I knew I could only afford to make this purchase once, so it had to be the right purchase! By right purchase I mean I was looking for machines with a good track record, good customer service, excellent engineering and as trouble free of a record as I could find. These criteria led me to purchase a Magic Mill home flour mill (now the Whisper Mill), the Magic Mill DLX kitchen center and the Magic Aire dehydrator (now the L’Equip).
